What a find! This is not your regular Mexican or Peruvian cuisine. The Kitchen serves creative cuisine in tapas-style plates in a beautiful, hip setting. Two smalls, a medium and 2 sides + dessert and wine were perfect for two of us to share. You can always order more, as the food is cooked and served very quickly. The Peruano Pisco sours are as good or better than those I've enjoyed in Peru and Chile, and what a treat to find our favorite Chilean wine, Errazuriz, on the list.
Silviu, our Romanian waiter, was a pleasure. He patiently explained the menu's small and medium plates and shared his own preferences when asked. We chose the soft Mayan-Mediterranean chicken tacos, Pisco-glazed spicy pork ribs, sea bass ceviche, "black beans" (they're really red kidney beans if you live in North America), and asparagus. Everything was superbly cooked and delicious. And don't miss the "donut" and ice cream for dessert.
