The London Pass is a must if you are travelling with Kids. We took a 7 day pass and it was extremely helpful. It takes you through more than 60 attractions in London, and we used every bit of it.

We bought the 3 day ticket without travel (if you are from the uk you can use contactless payment cards on the underground, and it only costs a maximum of £6.80 per day, if you are in zone 1).

We did get our moneys worth, but with very careful planning and no hanging around.

We did quite a few things we wouldn’t have done (hop on/off bus, the Shard and London Bridge experience). To be fair, I wouldn’t recommend any of them, and am glad we didn’t pay individually for them.

St Paul’s, Westminster Abbey, the war rooms, Greenwich, the Curry Sark etc were all worth it.

In November we didn’t have issues with waiting, however opening times are restricted so consider this when planning (most places are open 10-4/5pm).

We purchased the 10 day pass with travel. Basically it allowed us total flexibility and freedom in our travel plans. We used it right up to the very last day. Would recommend this option.

Shame on me. I thought I'd book this pass through Tripadvisor. Then when I went to download the ticket using the Londonpass app, I was informed that not only am not able to download the ticket to the app, but I also cannot cancel the booking. What a waist of money!!! Very disappointing.

Viator should warn potential clients that they will not be able to use the ticket in the app.

We were a little worried we would not make back the cost of our passes, but we actually had no trouble making them pay for themselves. They do not get you any perks, but they can save you time spent in line waiting to purchase tickets. We purchased a 3 day pass and were able to more than pay for it. Great to take the river cruise and the hop on and off bus helps you see things you might want to explore.

A day pass took us from the Shard, Tower Bridge, the Tower then along the river to explore Greenwich and back.Wonderful value, and the more days you have on your pass the better value it gets.
Would recommend it and you avoid all the queues as well.
Using the app on our mobile made life very easy.

We bought the three day pass at a discounted rate. We used it for Hop on Hop off, Shard, London Bridge Experience, Tower Bridge walkways, Tower of London, Churchill war Rooms, Thames cruise up to Greenwich and back, Royal Observatory and the Cutty Sark. We completely got our money worth and saved over $100 per person. You need to plan your days out before hand. Also we went to the shard At night and there was no line. Churchill we did at the end of the day also with no line. So, need to be smart about planning. We bought an Oyster card ourselves so we could get the full refund and took the Thames Link from Gatwick as a separate fee. I don’t think the one day would be that useful but three or more days and you’ll save money!!!

The application for the London Pass made it easy to visit multiple locations without needing to keep track of paper tickets. We installed the application on each of our phones but either one of us could check in the other. The software provides useful information on the sites and can help you navigate to nearby attractions.

Bought a 2 day London Pass. Found that we couldn’t get our money’s worth. You need to visit at least 3 attractions per day, and then you’ll break even.
Too hectic of a pace to enjoy what you’re doing.

England attractions are expensive , plain and simple. You must study your options in order to see this magnificent city. We choose to use the subway (the “tube” as they call it); is extremely easy, English people are friendly with tourist and please to help. A must to obtain: the Oyster card, for the tube, if you plan to stay 2 or more days, is cheaper than pay for each tip, a $5 dollar deposit is required (refundable), to be paid in cash thru machines at the entrance (instructions in many languages). Use google maps to see which train to use, where to change, depending the attraction you want to see), etc.

We bought the London Pass App, to enter attractions and enjoy hop on and off bus to see the city (Live tour guide is included).
The percentage discount is considerable versus paying individually.

Best attractions Westminster, Churchill’s War Rooms, London Eye, Tower of London, London Bridge (2 days).

Don’t forget your umbrellas!!

May you enjoy your travels!
