We stumbled on this and wished we had found it earlier. It is a roof terrace in the middle of a shopping centre. There is a large grass area with water features if you just want to relax. There are also several well known restaurants eg zizzis, tgi fridays and Naxos to name a few.

Having shopped in Liverpool ONE what better when the sun is out to have 5 mins sit. The gardens are simple and well laid out and offer really nice views towards the river or even the shops. Nice and peaceful - amazing - and well kept.

Our visit was on a beautiful, sunny day which makes all the difference.

Walking out from the top of Liverpool 1 it is lovely to see the grass and all the families taking a break from shopping and giving the kids a chance to play.

Nice and relaxing with ice cream, snacks and bars to occupy you while you rest and enjoy the day.

Great for the kids to have a runaround and for the adults to have a coffee and relax! As the olympics was on when we visited there was lots of sport themed activities for the kids to do for free!

This central green space is named after Noel Chavasse, who was twice awarded the Victoria Cross. Surrounded by shops and offices and looking out towards Puer Head, this is a great place to relax from all that retail therapy on a nice day.
