I believe anyone who has been the echo area will say they had a great experience, this is mainly down to whatever act is playing, but the place is large and easy to find, people who work there are also helpful.

Terrible show. Slow and unimpresive stunts, stench of unburnt fuel & tyre smoke.
You could almost see the embarassment on the fake smiles on the faces of the drivers & performers. As a big fan of the Fast & Furious movies, I was expecting this to be so-so, but it's a total dissapointment.

If you're a deep car tuning or performance nut, this will dissapoint you I suspect.

Visited for the last night of John Bishop's tour and as a special treat booked the Collection Lounge. Impressed, so much so that not sure would book tickets without it now! Yes its pricey at about £30 extra pp on top of your ticket price but we loved it. You get your own entrance about an hour and a half before the show and are treated like VIPs from start to finish. You are shown to your allocated table which is then yours for the night. At busy times you may have to share your table but on this occasion we didnt. You get your own dedicated waitress (big shout out to Savannah who was amazing and really looked after us). You get a complimentary glass of prosecco and you can then purchase additional drinks from your table. Drinks are not the cheapest but I suppose this is to be expected. £7.80 - £8.50 for cocktails, £5.80 for a pint of Saint Miguel, £25 for a bottle of prosecco (and we sampled them all! Lol). We ordered interval drinks which were waiting on our table when we arrived. It was so lovely not having to queue for drinks and the toilets! We returned for an hour after the show and again Savannah made sure our bottle of prosecco was waiting on ice. A big bonus for us was that you could go out for a cigarrette which you cant do with standard entry. Incidentally we also wanted to say how lovely the security guy on the lounge door was. Didnt catch his name but yellow jacket and grey hair. Really friendly. John Bishop was excellent of course and our seats, block 11 lower tier, E384/385 were great. The Echo is our favourite concert venue and if you can manage to spoil yourself with the lounge just once we would highly reccomend.

we booked tickets for Palomar Faith. The staff were excellent. from security checks to guiding us to our seats. A fantastic arena and a first class show.
