“lots to see, very interesting”
Reviewed 23 April 2012

took our 2 children here, age 7 and 4. really enjoyed it, loads to see. 5 floors of various things and also interactive stuff to do for the children. lockers are provided to put coats and bags in which i recommend. only 2 lifts in the building which does cause a lot of waiting time!. a guy on reception hands out tickets to various group talks/activities but its on a ticket only basis so make sure you get them when you go in, cafe on top floor, looks a bit dated and unclean but food tasted ok, would recommend taking a packed lunch as you can eat this in there. If you want to see the special dinosaur section you have to pay for this bit which i was not aware of until i got there, not sure if this is there all the time though, I would also recommend going down to the albert docs as there is free museums down there to..we also parked right next to the museum which cost £10 for the whole day and is right next to the tunnels to arrive/exit liverpool....overall good day out

There are dinosaurs, creepy crawlies, a planetarium and a wonderful aquarium. Our little boy loved it so much we took him two days running!

“good day out”
Reviewed 18 April 2012

great place for children and adults alike although thought that the dinosaur exhibition a little expensive for what it is. happy to pay a small entrance fee to visit the museum to keep them going but very expensive if a few of you for that particular exhibition.
