“First class all round.”
Reviewed 17 July 2012

Stayed at Hotel Indigo on 15th July and had a brilliant time. Everything about our stay was fabulous. Easy, friendly check in, room was fantastic (room 405 was a corner room therefore spacious), big TV and lovely bathroom. The complimentary mini bar is a nice touch as was the safe in our room. We had booked a table in the MPW restaurant and were not disappointed. Food was lovely, decor even better and was a very relaxing experience. After a good nights sleep we really enjoyed the breakfast. There was lots of choice and the hot food was actually hot. All the staff at the hotel from check in to barman to waitresses were faultless and we can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We'll return for sure.

Room Tip: Room 405 is corner room therefore spacious.

A great hotel! The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is great and the shower is top end. The receptionists were really lovely as well, helpful and cheerful. One of the best hotels I've stayed in for the price.

Actually won a stay in this hotel, I did not expect it to be quite as lovely as it is. I don't live far away so pass this hotel regularly. In future, I'll pop in the very friendly bar or book a meal in the restaurant.
The room & in fact the whole hotel is immaculate, the staff are very friendly & breakfast was to die for.

Lovely hotel and ticks all the boxes. The staff are very nice and helpful and hotel in run smoothly. The place is spotless and modern deco and have to says it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in in a while, even beats the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. We didn’t book a table at Marco Pierre White restaurant but I happened to ask if they had a cancelation or could fit us in, and they did. That was a winner! The food was amazing, and excellent service. Looking forward to returning. Highly recommend.

Room Tip: We stayed in 302 and was very happy

Stayed for one night (Saturday Night) and have to say we were blown away with the entire "Indigo Experience". The hotel itself is situated in a superb location for enjoying the city centre, reception is bright and airy, Check-in was an absolute doddle, and then up to the room . . .
Room was "compact" but modern, facilities were great - everything worked and was easy to find, the main highlights though are the bed and the "rainfall shower" absolutely wonderful !!
*one bit of info we discovered : the complimentary mini-bar now does not get stocked with beer as of July 1st and the "heated bathrobes are only in Exec. rooms only, we were told !!
And then to sunday . . . . and the breakfast . . .

We were warmly greeted at breakfast by the team supervisor, Tim who was superb . . . very welcoming and amiable, who showed us to our table and from then on it was just brilliant . . . food was fresh, hot, plentiful, and cooked to perfection . . and my partner requested 2 poached eggs which arrived in her words " perfectly cooked" and we simply could not fault it at all.

overall it was a 10/10 stay at a very, very nice hotel and we shall be back again, that's for sure.

Room Tip: pillows were a tad too hard for our liking . . . only minor gripe, but that is purely down to person...
