Got a great deal for our wedding anniversary. Checked in easily, left our bags in reception.
Had a meal at the MPW restaurant in the evening - the bar staff were lovely, the young lad taking our orders was so polite and lovely.
The food was second to none and wine was lovely.
Noise in the corridor in the early hours was slightly annoying and ringing reception didn't solve things either. This really couldn't have been helped - it wasn't the fault of the hotel.
Products were nice in the bathroom and the breakfast was again really substantial.
Would definitely go back again.

Stayed over on a Sat evening, booked via a Travelzoo offer which was excellent value for money.
Both Breakfast & Dinner quality/service was outstanding .Rooms very comfortable, even though limited in size.No noise experienced at all in our room from other guests.
location is ideal for town centre shops and tourist areas.
All staff were very friendly and helpful at all times

Stayed here one night with two friends and was absolutley delighted. Friendly, helpful and cheerful local Liverpudlian receptionists, ( Tikka and Mitch? Think that was their names) who sorted out the total shambles of a booking I'd made online.
Rooms were lovely. Modern, groovy with a great overhead shower. Free minibar with soft drinks and crips and a couple of beers was a nice touch, plus coffee making facilites.
Had a great meal in the Marco Pierre White restauarnt downstairs, and buffet breakfast the next day was fab. Head waiter (Tim?) was hilarious and charming.
Only downside is there's no parking exepct for a pricey multi story over the road, and the bedroom walls are a bit on the uninsulated side, so don't say or do anything you wouldn't want the person next door to hear!
Lovely outside seating area at the front where you actually see the Liver building and the sea. We stayed on a Friday and the rooms were only £74 each which for a brand new quite swanky city centre hotel is great value.
Would stay there again like a shot if I come back to this brilliant city.

Room Tip: No views to speak of from any room so it doesn't matter, but the rooms at the back are the quiet...

Dear guest,

Thankyou for taking the time to leave us such a detailed review on your recent trip to the hotel!
Firstly I am delighted that you were looked after by two of our fantastic reception team; I think you may mean Yinka and Mich, and it is also lovely to hear you mention Tim at breakfast! Your lovely comments have been passed on to them.
I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay and that although you mention some minor points, I am glad that these didn't affect your time at the hotel. We are also happy you were able to take advantage of the outside seating area and that you found our location convenient.

We hope you will be able to visit Liverpool again, and we would love to welcome you back to the hotel.

Warm regards,

Laura Taylor

This was my second visit to Liverpool , this time it was for a friends wedding reception nearby. The hotel is exactly how it is marketed, funky cool and relaxed. Check in was smooth and friendly, the only issue we had was that one lift was broken and the other forever. The room was stunning, great design and colours, comfy bed, free items in mini bar including 2 bottles of beer, big 42inch tv on the wall and a rainfall shower to die for. Great night sleep and the gentlemen who greeted you at breakfast was very good, we were seated quickly. I'm fussy when it comes to a good brekky but the food was too class , full fry up with all the trimmings, high grade cappuccino maker, pastries, fresh orange, cereals, you name it they had it. All in all a great hotel and I will definitely stay there again.

My husband & I stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel is bright modern and airy. Beds are extremely comfortable, the free mini bar, complimentary Sunday morning newspaper & Aveda toiletries are nice touches. Staff are friendly, helpful and polite. If I am ever back in Liverpool, I will definitely stay here again.
