This hotel was spotless staff were brilliant could not fault it one bit. Albert dock was right there, the shopping centre was just up the road, a pub next door, about five mins from lime street in a taxi what more could you ask for had such a lovely weekend away will be going there again, and the bed was so comfy

Room Tip: We had room 205 could see albert dock not sure on other side of hotel though

Came for a couple of days just to get a feel of Liverpool. In terms of location this couldn't be better. Turn left out the main door and you in the city centre -5 mins from Liverpool 1 shopping area and also matthew street home of The Cavern- turn right and 5 mins from the "Ferry across the Mersey" the hop on hop off bus tours - Museum of Liverpool and the Albert Docks. In terms of walking a nice walk - all on the flat with little incline so suitable for all abilities and if fortunate with the weather a lovely area to sit and partake of the odd bevy!!
The hotel room was clean and tidy - all facilities catered for - tea and coffee supplied. Whilst only enough for the odd cup, the reception had plenty and were happy for me to take extra.
We bought breakfast the night before- savingca couple of pound each and comprised of the usual fruit, yoghurt, croissants, cereal, and cooked breakfast. I personally didnt like the breakfast, sausages were dry, overcooked and tasteless and the bacon was too fatty -but others seemed to enjoy it.
In terms of value for money and location - couldn't fault it and would stay here again-a comfy bed to lay a sleepy head after having "A Hard Days Night".

Definitely a budget hotel having said that very clean and good sized room and very spacious bathroom. There is a bar area but that was soulless and would not want have dinner there. Breakfast was not great but reasonable selection for price. Very good location for Albert Dock and museums also close to station and close walk to Lime Street. Staff very friendly and room cleaned every day.

Very clean and modern and in the centre of the city. Close to Albert Dock for the Beatles museum and tour, and walking distance to the famous Cavern club. Excellent location. I must also add that everyone seemed so friendly and polite. Would highly recommend

Room Tip: All I know is my room was very clean, comfortable and modern. I assume all the rooms would be the same

I had a 2 night stay at this hotel recently. It is fairly basic but the rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, the reception staff friendly and helpful and the hotel was in a good location. It was very handy for both the city centre, Albert Dock and Pier Head, plus was only a short walk to Lime St Station. The breakfast wasn't very exciting, there was the usual full English but the alternatives were a bit limited. They serve a dinner menu but our choice of main meal was not available and neither was one of the pizzas we ordered so we had to have margarita pizzas but we were only charged for one of them so that was nice. I would stay here again.
