There are lots of Irish pubs in Liverpool and all of them have one thing in commen is that they all fun places to visit and The Blarney Stone Pub is one of the most lively, mostly due to the karaoke and the great drinks served here.
The pub itself is nice, all the bric a brac adorning the walls you would expect to find in a good Irish pub with great decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub, staff here are down to earth and very welcoming and all in all its just one great pub to visit.
We were here on a Saturday night and this pub was packed,we got a guinness each and these were served in absolutely pristine condition,we just stood at the bar ( standing room only ) and took in the lively pub we were in.
This pub will not be to everyone's taste,it's loud and brash and very lively indeed.
We really enjoyed our guinness in here and although we only stayed for the one guinness before we moved on we had a great time.
The Blarney Stone Pub is easy to locate on Renshaw Street and is most definitely a pub I recommend you visit if your in the area.

Spent 15 mins waiting in vain for a bus. Was told there was a strike on, so very few busses running. Decided to drop in to a local pub.
At 4.30pm on a Monday afternoon, the place was hopping with a solo artist playing some great live music! You couldn’t make it up! The artist played electric guitar, rhythm guitar and violin and played them very well. Mad, mad place but enjoyable!

Called into the Blarney Stone while out with friends on an afternoon out in Liverpool city centre. Never been in here before and it was a bit of an eye opener. Our friends from Wigan loved it. Karaoke blaring out at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, pub full of characters, and cheap drinks, only £3.65 for a pint and a half of Carling, won't get beer at that price in many city centre pubs. Will definitely be going again on our next visit. If you want reserved and cultured then this is NOT the place for you, if you want a laugh and a good time then give it a try.

Called in here for a quick pint whilst in the vicinity. It's okay as a stopping off point for a swift drink but couldn't stay there all afternoon/night.. unless you are a regular drinker in there, the natives eye you up and down as if to say 'Who the hell are you?' Needless to say, pints were supped and we left.
