Stayed here recently, and was met and shown to my room by a very pleasant and friendly lady
Room was larger than expected, and a ensuite, and comfortable.
Plenty of tea and coffee, room serviced daily.
The only downside for me was breakfast times. I started work at 8am, and breakfast didn't commence until 9am.
WiFi in the room was good.

This is a lovely place to stay if you don't want to be right in the centre of town. Quick tram ride to all locations or not that far to walk if you like walking.
The owners made us feel very welcome & were friendly & easy to talk to. Any problems were sorted promptly & with no fuss. Fantastic breakfast & plenty of choice which kept us full until dinner.
Rooms were clean.
Definitely recommend this place & you won't be disappointed.

The hotel was pleasant , it is undergoing work so when finished will be look great. We had a friendly greeting when we arrived , room was small but had everything you need as we only slept in there. Breakfast was good and filling and set us up for the day ahead. The owners were helpful and couldnt do enough for us. The hotel is in good walking distance from centre of Blackpool, so we walked each day. Th tram stop is just at the bottom of the street so handy if you dont feel like walking. Blackpool was busy but great atmosphere and they had concerts three nights on front but you didnt need a ticket as you could hear the music. The fireworks on sunday night were spectacular so in all a great stay.We will be coming back thats for sure.

Just stayed here from Monday until today. Was welcomed by the lovely Alison and the owner Veronica who allowed us to check in early. We had 4 rooms in total. Very impressed at the newly decorated rooms, fresh & clean. We had issues in 2 of the rooms with the water pressure meaning we had to shower in other family members rooms. Veronica kindly compensated us with a lovely written apology what more could you ask for that's what you call service. Breakfasts were great. Even the workman doing the outside renovations were friendly to the guests. Literally nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
