The hotel was disgusting toilet didnt flush, wall paper hangin off walls, dirty bathhroom e.g plasters in shower hairs on floor and shaven hairs in skink. shower didnt always work an we were told to wait ten minutes as we were on top floor and water didnt get to us if others were in the shower. we had booked 2 rooms and they had got the rooms wrong and bedding in 1 was stinkin. we asked for bleach to clean the bathroom ourself and they said they would do it they came up with a dustpan and brush. we asked for extra towls and ones we got were covered in hairs. floor had holes in floor boards so easy to trip.had bites from beds. i would not go back would pay the extra for a travel lodge or premier inn as you no you get something clean.

Room Tip: dont go higher floors

If you want a budget b&b above a chip shop with no amenities whatsoever and a view of an alley way with a rubbish dump in it then this is for you, I would highly recommend paying a little extra and staying somewhere that has a TV in the room, the "wardrobe" that is not clothes rail in the corner, tea and coffee making facilities, towels in the room and heating before 11.30pm. We stayed here for one night and could not bear another second so got a refund for the rest of the week and paid a bit extra and got a lovely b&b just 2 streets away. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. AVOID.
