Stayed at the Park House hotel, supposed to be the 4th best hotel in Blackpool. I would hate to see the worst.
very very basic and falling apart. Not been decorated since the last supper and breakfast was unedible.
Wont stay there again

We attended the hotel for a wedding yesterday. From star to finish it was amazing! The staff were so professional and supportive of our every need. We went with my dad, who is seriously I'll, and from the moment we arrived with the wedding cake, the staff were committed to making the day work well for him. The manager (I think) organised his food separately and was on hand throughout the day and evening, checking that everything was ok for him.
The reception staff were so helpful, thank you Vicky, for your help on the telephone...she went above and beyond to search for medical care, if it was required.
The bar staff, waiting staff, cleaners...everyone were amazing!
We would definitely recommend this hotel for its amazing staff alone...and the rooms were clean, modern and big!
Thanks again to you all for making a poorly man, feel part of a very special day. We, his family, will be forever grateful to you all.

Room tip: The hotel has wheelchair accessible rooms.

We have just returned after a two night stay, 2 adults and 3 children (aged 4,5 & 6). We had the family room which was recently refurbished and very modern and clean.
Food was great and service fantastic. A special thanks to our waiter Greg who couldn't have done more to accommodate the kids and their requests!
We didn't really use the bars but did venture to the swimming pool at the Dorrick which was nice, just a pity there is no pool onsite but we knew that when we booked.
Hotel is generally very clean and we were made to feel welcome even with a bunch of rowdy children in tow!
