I stayed in the hotel with my friend and her 6 year old girl over the easter holiday. We had a very enjoyable stay in the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice. we also had dinner in the hotel one night which was excellent and there was also a good childrens menu. The staff through out the hotel were friendly. The room was clean and of good size even with the extra bed for a child in it. The swimming pool was also very clean and the staff at the area helpful. If returning to blackpool this will be the hotel i would stay in.

Paid the standard £120 per nite for standard double for a fri and sat nite and feel ripped off... Hotel is generally nice, big with lots of character but let down by;
*staff with attitude- receptionist was rude about me asking for a hairdryer insisting there was one in the room when there wasnt
*lack of little touches- only one small showergell
*seat in shower was mouldy
*room was freezing cold last night
*builders working on hotel at 8.30am sunday morn, like being on a building site!
*changing rooms for small pool were rubbish, far too smsll, had to queue for a changing room in the cold room

Breakfast was lovely with a fantastic selection, however we were told there was an additional £2.75 charge for herbal tea when we were offered tea or coffee with brekkie..a lot of money for hot water and a tea bag when ur paying £120 for a standard room

overall the hotel was nice,however £70-80 would have been a more reasonable price tag for the quality

Thank you for your review. I have discussed the issues raised during our Senior Management meeting, and have spoken with the team members concerned. The building works to the exterior are now complete and various other upgrades have been made. I hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back to see the changes. Kind regards. Nick

We stayed at this hotel for a two night break and found the whole experience very enjoyable. We had a lovely cosy, spotlessly clean room with a sea view. The staff were very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome from the time we arrived until the time of checkout. The food was excellent especially the buffet breakfast with lots of variety. The facilities were excellent with a great swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. We will certainly be returning!

We had a lovely stay at the Imperial again. This was our 3 time and the staff were as welcoming as ever. It is perhaps time for a makepver in some of the rooms as they are b ecoming a little tired. Breakfast was delicious as always. the temperature in the room was alittle warm and even with the window open we could not cool it down.
