What a difference 6 months make, receptionist this time could not have been anymore unhelpful if she tried, refused to change twin room to a double claiming she couldn't because she was unable access the bookings.

Attending a conference for 3 days, food had improved this time it was hot, well cooked and good presentation.

Manager attentive and a great ambassador for th Hilton group.

A great hotel but one or two staff spoil things.

Left a night early due to single bed.

Room Tip: Try to get a room at the front but all rooms have a sea view.

Stayed here a single night on business.
Check in handled quickly and correctly. Had room on 2nd floor. Some fixtures in bathroom were a little dated but all clean and tidy.

Room had decent sized tv and nice bed and window that opened - no aircon though - was grateful could get some fresh air.

Breakfast in morning was self-service; all good. Hot and decent quality full english - good stay.

We took the kids to Blackpool for 4 nights and stayed at the Hilton in Bispham. Its about a 15 walk down the prom to the centre of town which was fine with two 6 year olds and a grumpy teenager.
The room wasn't ready at 1pm when we arrived but available at 2pm which was good as check in is at 3pm.
The family room was large and clean (5th floor) and had a separate alcoved kiddie area with bunks and a Tv for the small ones. The sofa bed was very narrow (smaller than a single) and the teenager ended up putting the mattress on the floor and sleeping on that.
Bit of a wait for breakfast but it was plentiful and varied. Only down side was the bar...we waited 10 mins to get served, no one aknowledged us and as we wanted to order food as well we finally got fed up of being ignored and went to an Italian in town (Mamma's) which cost abut the same price as sandwiches in the evening would have done.
The staff on the whole were friendly and helpful (apart from the Bar) and I would def recommend the place if you, like us have kids and don't want to be all in one room for 4 nights.
We tipped the housekeeping as they worked hard and always made the room up by the time we came back from our days out.
Would go back if returning to Blackpool with kids.

Stayed here 1 night September 16th. As I would expect from a Hilton hotel everything was Tickety boo. Check in very smooth with staff smiling and helpful as my wife thought she had lost her ticket for parking.
Room was spacious with 2 large twin beds. Flat screen t.v. with sufficient channels for a few hours viewing whilst we were resting from the night before in Blackpool.
Large enough bath and excellent toiletries make that little difference.
Had breakfast and it was well worth the money as there was everything from fresh fruit, cereal, different breads, crumpets, full english and tasty muffins. Service by staff very efficient.
Would definitely stay here next time I go to Blackpool if I can get a cheapy online.
Did not use spa facilities but this is included in price.
Only down point was £3 for parking. I would think that if you are a customer they could waive the cost.

We stayed for 2 nights using Tesco Clubcard vouchers & won't be returning in a hurry. It's a great pity because the service & breakfasts were excellent, but dear oh dear the bedroom was last decorated in the 1970's I think & the bathroom was very tired & in need of a total refurb.

Room Tip: Try & upgrade to a room that may have been updated. Best of luck!

We were pleased to see you enjoyed some of the hotel sercvices and facilities we have to offer particularly the food. Our bedroom and bathroom refurbishment programme is an ongoing project and will recommence in the near future as soon as business levels permit. I am sorry we did not have a recently refurbised room available for you at check in. Thank you for your feedback, we have taken on board your comments, this is most important to us.
