Stayed here for three nights the begining of october met by Darren the owner on arrival who asked us if we wanted a tea or coffee while we payed for our stay then we were shown to our room cases taken to our room for us,we felt comfortable and welcome right from the start. We stayed in double room it had tea and coffee making facilities and en suite shower and toilet and sink also plenty of draw space and wardrobe with plenty of hangers and one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in bath towels, hand towels, and room was cleaned and bed made and tea tray filled up everyday . You get key for room and also late night key to let you in the hotel if you are having a late night out there is also a bar serving all different types of drinks at very reasonable prices . Full english breakfast is also included in the price which consists of fruit cereals yogurts biscuits e.t.c full english with hash browns and black pudding toast jams marmalade tea and coffee breakfast is served nice and hot with a smile. The hotel is in a great location only minutes from the tower thearters bars resuarants north pier and seafront it is also located only a few minutes walk from blackpool north train station . To finish this is a great little hotel in a great location at a very good price you get a great deal for your money and we would not consider staying anywere else when next we visit blackpool . Thank you Darren and Alison you run a great hotel.

We stayed one night with Darren when we were having a family weekend in Blackpool. From the moment we were welcomed warmly till the moment we left, we loved our stay at the Brene hotel. The family room we stayed in was spacious and was prettily decorated with bright bedding. We had a great night's sleep and then got up to a lovely breakfast the next morning. Even the fact that I am vegetarian didn't cause a problem! We will definitely return next time we are in Blackpool and would thoroughly recommend the Brene hotel for a real home away from home stay.

From the moment we arrived at the Brene Hotel, we were made to feel welcome. Darren and Alison made us feel like part of the family. Rooms we immaculate and well presented. Hospitality was second to none and couldn't do enough for us. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice. Close to all attractions, but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. would recommend to anybody wanting to visit Blackpool. Thanks again to Darren, Alison, Bethany and Benjamin, see you soon.

Just returned from a one night stay. Lovely welcome, good size rooms, everything spotless and in good order. Great hosts and even better breakfast...great location too, close to railway station, sainsburys and tower and town centre - we will return soon.
Only downside, parking is an issue.....but that's Blackpool Borough Council's fault not the proprietors.
