Hello

I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend. I was made to feel welcome the second I walked thru the door. Ann was a great host and she worked hard to make my stay enjoyable.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hot water came on really fast also being on the sea front it was quite. The cost came with a cooked breakfast that was good value for money.

The hotel is a good distance away from the city center that made it quite thats a plus point. There are trams and buses to get you to and from the center in quick time.

I would stay there again YES. Thank you to Ann for letting me stay in my room until the afternoon as I was booked on a train at 3pm and I did not want to walk around Blackpool with a suitcase for 6 hours.

Thank You Ann you are great.

:)

Room Tip: One tip: If you don't like wind try and get a room at the back.

Stayed here for 2 nights and for price paid was not expecting very much. Arrived to find a clean and comfortable room, fresh towels and plenty of hot water. The hosts were great and nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was included in my stay which again was faultless. I'd defiantly stay here again and recommend to others, a good value hotel with great service.

food was exellent, both dinner and breaky. rooms were dirty and verry draughty, if your like me and like a drink, dont visit the bar! verry limited indeed. 18 inch gap betwen you and the toilet and the sink, ouch!! nearly fell over the tv wire also. tv didnt work properly, paper hanging off the walls, apart from thatm no complaints!

Room Tip: try another one!

Just returned from another weekend stay at the blue c. My family and I return for the lights every year and would not stay anywhere else! It's like a home from home, Ann the owner makes us feel so welcome every year. I have 4 children from the age of 5 up too 13 and anyone with children will know how hard it is to stay somewhere that accommodates for kids. Ann never complains !!
The beds are super comfortable and the breakfast is super. Even tho it's a little bit down the end, theres a tram stop just outside which I find the easiest way to travel up the front.
Staying here just proves that a warm welcoming feeling is much better than top of the range furnishings !!! Wouldn't stay anywhere else
