This place was lovely and friendly and great value for money. Gary and Jayne were very welcoming, and friendly. The rooms were very basic but Size was good, beds were comfy just could've done with more pillows. The room came with an iron and ironing board, and ensuite. The room came with coffee, tea and milk and two bottles of water which was a very nice touch. The shower was very small but done its job.

Gary and Jayne were very friendly and great knowledge of area which helped us with our planning very good prices in the bar and very chatty. Gary's photography in the landings were very nice and artistic you can see he is an avid photographer.

We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Stayed as a couple in an en-suite room priced at £35pn.

Great location, just steps away from the main promenade, and situated in between South Pier and Central Pier.

The room was basic, but clean and had everything we needed. Tea, coffee, kettle, TV, bottled water, towels, iron and board. The only thing that I didn't like was the pillows - they were far too flat.

Gary (owner) was great from check in until check out. Had great local knowledge and very welcoming. Clearly an avid photographer, he has his work all over the landings and it's great!

Would happily stay again on our next visit!

We were greeted by the male owner who was very very pleasant and welcoming, check in was very easy and quick. The room was basic but good value for money, the bed being very comfy, television in the room, full length mirror and an en suite with a shower. Supplied was an iron/ironing board and a hair dryer which was a nice touch. The hotel was clean and homely and the male owner was very friendly and chatty when we had a drink in the bar. Location is good as everything is within walking distance in both directions, I would recommend staying here
