Well where to start the lady owner was do rude when we arrived early at 1pm to check in she told us we was way to early and we have to come back later and would not let us leave bags even though it was raining really bad so we had to go out with 2 young children!! Beds was NOT comfortable I still have a sore back today and the Breckfast was just ok very tasteless we decided to leave it and we went to the lovely cafe at the end of the road, not very clean either the beds had not been changed the pillows smelt and the carpets not hoovered very disappointed as we read good reviews and thought it would be a lovely stay but unfortunately not !!!will not be staying here again

On arrival we were a bit early to check in we had 3 children with us and wondered if we could use a toilet and the lady of the house slammed the door in my face ! One of the children still had pjs on and the man of the house said no where but the main landing available to change , he wasn't to bad , we never saw the lady again , the room was clean but the towels stunk of fried food so could not use it , one rooms toilet door stuck and couldn't be opened and one toilet could barely flush , food was ok but being friendly I didn't think came natural felt awkward at the breakfast room , we booked this as the place said family friendly but I wouldn't agree on that

Hotel was good clean tidy with comfy beds, breakfast was amazing.
Owners very polite and couldn't help enough.
Location just off central pier was excellent would be ideal for anyone who has trouble walking to far.

We stayed for 4 nights we requested a cot for our 1 year old daughter that we got but our room was on top floor with narrow stair case. That u struggled to get up with cases ect. Room was tiny and never cleaned i asked 1st day about the bar but was never open as family sat in there all the time even at breakfast made to feel awkward so tried to finish poor breakfast quickly! nothing for kids to do while adults get ready wouldn't recommend
