Room was too hot and stuffy. Bedsheets not on correctly.kids beds like a brick! Door rattled constant when people walked in corridor. V.noisy from outside. Couldn’t sleep due to the noise and heat in the room. Bathroom could do with a deep clean. Soap is terrible.

Not an impressive stay at all. Our room was very large but very bare. Looked like it should have been a family room but only had a double bed and a table in it. There was a massive empty space in the corner. No bedside tables either for putting a drink on or a book, phone etc. Also only one socket on the opposite side of the room for charging phones.

Bathroom okay but could have done with a deep clean. No mini shampoos or soap etc...It was a dispenser on the wall a "one soap cleans all" kinda thing. But the absolute downer on the room was that we were on the 2nd floor overlooking the massive bin area which also had an industrial size skip. Staff felt it appropriate to start throwing junk in to it at 7am for both morning stay (I'm on a child free holiday for a rest...not to be woken early!) The racket was ridiculous. Coupled with the fact our room was obviously next to a water heater which knocked and clattered all night...I definitely got no sleep.

Then when we wanted to check out, the receptionist just took our keys and said nothing...No "thanks for staying" Or "did you have a nice stay" which would have given me the opportunity to state why it was an awful stay!!!

Absolute dump over flowing skips and bins at the front then had an additional charge to use he car park which should be mentioned when booking. considering the price of the stay i received a mouldy bathroom, pillows covered in bright yellow stains, child's bed in family room like a brick, all corridors rotten and disabled toilet downstairs was rotten and stank of urine also no toilet roll

Over the years we have stayed in some bad B&B's in Blackpool.
We hoped being part of a chain this would e better... well it was.
The rooms we had were clean and modern. The bathroom was all clean and up-to-date.
We paid for breakfast which on the whole was very good.
Though I was annoyed that when we arrived for breakfast we were told we had not pre-booked it. However after a quick check that was resolved.
We were then handed our plates.
When arrived back at table I found that out of 7 plates 5 were dirty.
I took them back to the bar and were given 5 new plates though the lady behind the bar didn't look to happy about it.
We were not the only ones that returned the plates.
The next morning the plates were clean but still wet.

The car park was large with plenty of space. However it cost £6 per day. There was a machine but the card reader was not working so we had to phone the number provided and enter our credit card details which I was not happy about.
Unfortunately Blackpool suffers with dogs mess on the pavements.
The pedestrian entrances had dogs mess near them. One lot in a black bag that had been dropped on the floor then trodden in. It was difficult to avoid when walking to and from the hotel.

As this is one of the better says we have had in Blackpool we will be back.

All in all a good stay.
