Me and my hubby stayed overnight as we were going to the cricket ground for a concert. Fabulous location for St Lawrence and easy walking into town. Lady who owns the b & b is extremely friendly and welcoming, would highly recommend. Would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Canterbury.

Chose Augustines primarily for its location. It is out of the centre yet close enough to walk into the city.
We were met by a very hospitable owner, Mrs (call me Louise) Duff, who showed us to our very comfortable and roomy ensuite room. Everything we needed was there, the television on the small side, but we were here to see Canterbury not Coronation Street.
Breakfast was more than adequate, and served when you wanted it.
Louise was a fount of information regarding things to see both in and around Canterbury.
All in all a very pleasant stay in pleasant surroundings.
Thank you Louise

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay here.
The host was great friendly and very helpful. Nice rooms with good size and fitting furniture.
Superb breakfast and excellent service.
Parking is available and the house in a very quiet location within walking distance to the city centre.

Location - It's perfect place to stay since we travelled by car. There is a car parking space available for guest. It takes some15 minutes easy walk to the town centre.
Bed - We've got a lovely ensuite on the first floor, which is beautiful inside and outside. The owner attends to small details, e.g. there are two separate warm blanket in the queen bed, so couple may adjust according to his/ her personal needs. The surrounding is quiet and
Breakfast - Cooked breakfast is served which is good to start the day.
The only downside was that we booked only one night and we had to leave in the morning thou our car may park outside the house.
