A terrific B&B near the heart of Canterbury run by the most hospitable Louise who quickly assesses and understands her guests' needs both for in-house and in-the-town attractions/dining. A beautiful, big well-appointed Victorian home with fine rooms.

A fabulous Bed and Breakfast close to the city centre. Rooms were very clean and had everything you could need. Hospitality was fantastic, delicious breakfast- really made our weekend! We will most definitely return.

We needed to stay in Canterbury in an emergency, to visit an ill relative, and didnt want to travel very far to do so.On looking up the area we were to visit came across Augustines B&B.The lady was very polite and very helpful, allowing us to visit early, and park our car in the carpark before our booking in time.As we had travelled from home early, we did as requested parked up, and found a friendly pub in town. When the B&B owner arrived to her home, she rang my mobilw to tell us that she was now in.The double room was £85 per night which inc breakfast the next morning. When we were shown to our room, the B&B owner made us a fab extra large pot of tea, and gave us free wifi log in.The next morning at breakfast we were explained how to get to the hospital that we were visiting without having to drive as it was near. The B&B owner was great, and would stay there again, without hesitation

Room tip: They are all brilliant and value foe money

Good response to booking emails from Louise. Arrived at 12 noon on our first day and our room was ready so we had a full afternoon to get our bearings. Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Lovely room on first floor overlooking the garden. Previous review said railway line at back and barking dog, we heard neither. Good breakfast and a very helpful host in Louise. We would recommend it for being near the town centre, lovely house and car parking.

Room tip: Any of the rooms would be good.

Quick response to emails.
Close to town.
Good room.
Friendly host.
Nice breakfast.
Parking.
We had the first floor overlooking the garden as we like it quiet, but you may as well be on the front as it's a quiet road, and at the back there is a railway line and a dog that barks a lot.
