Here is my third review of this hotel, but have visited since last year's review and have already booked again for this firm favourite of ours.
Bad points first. 1. Table lamp not working - such a common fault that we carry our own to all Premier Inns if we come by car. A replacement bulb was supplied.
2. Towels: only one set, though this was a 2-person booking; extra set supplied on request, but towels are obviously due for replacement with new ones.
3. Most of car park lighting is switched off, rather dark on far sides. Energy saving good up to a point, but we need to see to unpack our cars. I complained about this last year.
4. Carpet vacuum cleaning in doubt, as we found a small clothes peg under the long table.
5. Window dirty on the outside - window cleaners were on site but do not have the contract to do the First Floor although capable. Crazy !
6. The bed condition was fair/good but we expect perfection. Ours should be marked for replacement in 2022/3.
Good points: clean bathroom, hot water, responsive shower control. Effective and responsive air conditioning and temperature control - did not need auxiliary portable heater.
Good WiFi - the Ipad tablets worked just as well (two in simultaneous use) as the upgraded WiFi we had in a Premier Plus room.

Location as described in previous Reviews : easy drive via Wootton to ferry at Fishbourne, or long but meandering direct bus from Ryde, service 8. Local blue buses to Sandown and Shanklin in weekday mornings.
Extra instant coffee and UHT milk brought to our room.
Modern clean KFC is next to hotel. Morrisons and Aldi just a few minutes walk.More
