I booked this hotel through the Peppa pig website and went with my partner and 3 year old. This was a fantastic place to stay, rooms were brilliant and more than big enough, all the staff were really helpful and the location of the hotel could not have been better. Plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby... The coffee at the hotel was also amazing.

Unusual check in you walk into the lobby and check in at the bar which wasn't a problem at all as check in was fast. Younger vibe but again no problem there were people of all ages using the property'

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful answering all my questions. GM Michelle even went to my room to show me how to use induction stove.

Large room and bath room with full kitchenette and all cooking utensils, I cooked two out of three meals during my four day stay which saved $$$$. Market opened 7 a.m.-10 p.m. less then 5 minute walk, not the largest store but almost everything you need

10-12 minute walk to West Quay mall, 5 minutes to Red Funnel ferry, 20 minutes to Southampton central train depot. If your going on a cruise it's too far to walk unless your on P@O cruise line but taxi/uber were easy to get and less then 10 minutes ride to terminal.

This wasn't the cheapest hotel in the city and it wasn't a fancy lobby with large elevators and bell hops waiting to serve you there aren't many of those in Southampton, but the room was quiet the staff was excellent.
