We stopped off here after a day visiting the local university, we knew where it was because it is on the ground floor of the building which holds the City Centre Premier Inn.
It is quite snug, but with enough space between tables for you to feel easy to hold a conversation without being overheard. There are also seats outside, but given the weather, these were not being used.
We ordered teas, coffees, a panini and traybakes to have before heading back to our car for the journey home.
There was a good selection of food items, sandwiches, paninis, soups, traybakes and the full range fo Costa hot drinks to keep us happy.
The staff behind the counter were helpful and we were not made to feel rushed when making our choices.
The seating is comfortable and it was easy to relax and enjoy or snack before heading back into the cold and dark to go home.
As with many Costas we found the experience of eating/drinking here to be a pleasure and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
We were surprised not be find it on TripAdvisor - but have now corrected this oversight.
