“Very stylish, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a good location”
Reviewed 31 December 2012 for a stay in December 2012

We stayed here for a week over Christmas to spend it with family who live in a nearby village so location was good for us and given it was peak time, compared to other holiday lets in Brighton, it was good value and we would visit again. We had our 2 year old son with us and he was very happy there and enjoyed the boardwalk and boats and the place provides well for kids and babies. It was very modern, comfortable and clean, my only criticism would be that the two lamps in the second bedroom didn't work and whilst I think there were bulbs in the kitchen, this is perhaps something that ought to be maintained by the cleaner if indeed it is just that the bulbs need replacing, the mirror light in the main bathroom didn't work and there was no bulb for that. These are minor faults though and perhaps just issues that need to be brought to the cleaner's attention. The check in process was very straightforward as was checking out. All in all a very pleasant stay!

Management Response
3 Jan 2013
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, I am pleased you had a nice stay. We work hard to ensure that families with small children will find a home from home at Sea Fizz. I apologise for not noticing the light bulbs. I have asked my cleaner/ concierge service to check all the bulbs and replace them but also to remind guests at the meet and greet that the concierge service is available to guests throughout their stay to attend to any problems that arise. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

“Lovely apartment in peaceful location”
Reviewed 29 October 2012 for a stay in October 2012

Stayed at Sea Fizz with my 3 children whilst visiting family in Rottingdean. Easy walks to both Brighton and along the Under Cliff to Rottingdean. Everything you need is catered for. Beds very comfortable. Even in October we were able to sit on the balcony and felt instantly on holiday. Our second visit and not our last.

“Bright, airy, child friendly, brilliant location.”
Reviewed 23 September 2012 for a stay in September 2012

We stayed for a week from 13th-19th September and were treated to a typical Brighton end of Summer hot spell. Having lived in Brighton, we knew this was a great location, close to all amenities, with the Marina being it's own little village on the edge of Brighton itself. This is the only holiday where you can eat what you like and still come away having loset weight, with so much within walking distance. The flat itself is bright and airy, clean, comfortable and well thought through for kids. There are a few toys and games for children, young and old, as well as a small selection of DVDs. My 2 year old daughter loved Chicken Run! We had a slight accident with the visitor book and texted Tina straight away to say we'd replaced it but that soem pages might need reprinting. Tina was very understanding and was more concerned that we get on and enjoy our holiday. I returned the favour by pointing out a few breakages and missing items so she could replace them for the next guests, not a problem for us since we barely ate in. Anyone thinking of staying should note this as it's far better to point these things out than leave them for the next guest to worry about, especially since they are so understanding. One thing that might have been nice to arrive to would have been the bed guard in place, since we had booked this in advance, we're hopeless with these things and struggled a bit to put it in place, but that's minor and the bed guard was provided free of charge, so I really can't complain. I have told my friends about this place and am already planning my next trip! Prompt return of security deposit too.

“lovely apartment”
Reviewed 10 September 2012 for a stay in August 2012

excellent accommodation, spacious main bedroom and well equipped kitchen.nice touch with the handwash, hand lotion etc. The Marina is ideal for strolling around, with Asda on site, making shopping easy. Took a taxi from town centre during the day to marina for £9 so thats cheaper than the bus for four people. Pleasant drive to Eastbourne, going through Seaford and Peacehaven. Beachy Head is stunning and worth a visit. Must see North Laine are for vintage and independent shops.Quite a long walk to town centre so the electric railway is very handy.
