It was the perfect Location for our holiday! Only a few steps to the beach, 5 minutes to the Pier or to the paddling pool ( amazing for our two girls). To Western Road and shopping only 5 minutes in the other direction- wonderful! And on West Street, there is the most beautiful Ice cream shop ever- that`s what our girls called "Sprinkles"! The appartment is very clean and quiet! The property managers are very nice and helpful. The appartment is spacious for us and our kids playing. We fell in love with this appartment and the whole building complex and we`ll visit again!
Great location right in the centre of Brighton - very close to the seafront, shopping centre, the Lanes and of course the pier. Very clean apartment with just about everything provided - except a pint of milk but there are many shops nearby. I would recommend this for families as well as adults (games and DVDs are available) and there are two loos and bathrooms, although only one has a proper shower. Although it's in the centre it wasn't too noisy at night although it's better to keep windows closed as the seagulls are very noisy...! The staff at Prestige (who are the owners I think) were very helpful regarding key collection and check-in etc. The parking bay was rather small but that that's the only minor issue.
Great location near The Lanes, beach, etc. Relatively modern, for Brighton. Good value for money overall. The not-perfect ... the mattress on the double bed was not comfortable to sleep on. If that is not an issue for you, then we recommend this as being a lot better than anything else in Brighton that we looked into.
Location is pretty central, close to the sea front, the apartment is very good. It is very clean, warm and really up to date, the beds are super king size and one room has an onsuite. The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is free view tv and a media player.
I would definatly recommend these apartments, we were in number 25.
If I had to find a negative, which I would struggle to do , the bathroom towel rail does not work, and that's not really an issue.
