We spent one night here at the end of September. It was simply wonderful - spacious room, clean clean bathroom, wonderful breakfast and lots of good advice from Richard and Simon about where to go and what to do in Brighton from the owners.

I was particularly pleased that they were able to accommodate my mum at the last moment when she decided to come along with us - so thanks for that!

Myself and my partner spent one night at the Brightonwave and what a great stay it was! From the moment we arrived Richard & Simon were the perfect hosts and very welcoming. We staying in room number 4 which contained a huge king size bed with en suite shower! We could even see the sea from our window! We indulged in the full English breakfast in the morning and this was cooked to perfection - delicious! I would recommend this delightful hotel to anyone - it's situated in a perfect location to explore Brighton and is great value for money!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for one night, and thought the hotel and it's owners were great! Richard and Simon were so nice and helpful, giving advice on restaurants, shops and things to do, as the hotel is located just a short walk from all the popular restaurants and bars. They also have a selection of CD's and DVD's you can borrow for the night, as well as great wireless internet at no extra charge. They made us feel at home and very comfortable straight away. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was lovely! It was small but they had made great use out of the space. The room and bathroom was extremely clean and well decorated. There were tea and coffee facilities, still mineral water and a little pot of sweets and chocolates which was a really nice touch!
Breakfast in the morning was very nice, I had fruit and yohurt, and my boyfriend had the full English which was very well presented and tasted great!
Do not hesitate to stay here if you are going down to Brighton, it will be worth the stay!!
