“A lovely stay”
Reviewed 21 August 2011 for a stay in August 2011

Myself, husband, daughter, son-in-law and 1 year old grandson recently stayed at Tara Mist for 6 nights. Katherine met us on arrival and setttled us in, providing us with high chair and travel cot as promised. The house was lovely and big, perfect for a 1 year old to explore, with a hugh garden. Unfortunatley, the weather did not allow us to use his paddling pool and the barbeque as planned, but nevermind. On a slight negative note it is listed as sleeping seven, which indeed it does, but that is one double bed, two sets of bunk beds (one being in with the double) and one single, in with the other bunks, therefore I would not recommend it if people wanted intimacy. Also as we stayed in quite a few evenings, a really comfy sofa would have been much appreciated. I do also feel that the use of a car is necessary, at it is a little distance from Brighton centre (too far for us to walk), though I think it was on a bus route. Apart from this there was everything there necessary and we had a fun time. The deposit was also refunded quickly, thankyou Katherine.
