Went there with friends this week. Gorgeous tasting menu, some really unusual dishes and in a really cool coach house in the Brunswick area of Hove. Gorgeous amuse bouches (one that stood out was crisp chicken skins with coriander and lemon grass , followed by a delicious King Crab dish, quail with honey and pear, seriously melt in the mouth cod with chorizo and samphire, yummy meso beef with wasabi ,apple, balsamic, then a dark chocolate and Yuzu sphere. PLEASE do another one soon Mark!
