Amazing culinary experience with new and exciting flavour combinations that you wouldn't expect, but work very well! Some of the best food we've ever eaten, to a very high standard, by a talented and friendly chef who served and explained most of our dishes personally. We would thoroughly recommend Roots!

This was our second visit the last one being January 24. I was hoping it would be as amazing as last time. It was.
Fantastic choice of welcome drink before the most delicious tasting menu. So glad the rye bread was there again as it was gorgeous.
As one of us is vegetarian it was great to have a vegetarian tasting menu available which has the same base flavours as the regular tasting menu.
All of the courses were lovely.
The sommelier was great and it was lovely to see him again and have some excellent recommendations for the wine, he was spot on.
The chef came out and personally introduced the different flavour elements of the courses which was amazing.
We look forward to coming again soon

3rd visit and wow, the best food I have ever tasted. Treated my father this visit, and he said the same...Best in his 75 years. Personally I'd prefer more private booths, but I know the chef wants a more open European style ambience. This is a special place

Best meal we’ve had in the surrounding area -absolutely world class cuisine and service-this is poles apart from the awful elephant fodder most local eateries are churning out and is deserving of the very highest of accolades!
