We visited on a Thursday evening for dinner. Staff were friendly and the house Rosè was nice. My carbonara was fine but my girlfriend had a horrible, soggy greasy pizza. Seemed like it was frozen, very disappointing!

Outside has a very warm welcome feel. Once inside this is doubly confirmed.
We passed by and popped in.
Excellent service and the food was to die for, absolutely lovely.
Family restaurant with apparently many local returning visitors (we are in town for only one night).
If you are in Bournemouth, find this place and try it. Highly recommended

My partner and I visited this restaurant whilst enjoying Easter Weekend in Bournemouth.
The place is quite dated but quirky, character building..
Bottles of wine were expensive.
Ordered a quattro staggioni but when it arrived, couldn't decipher what was what as there was barely any topping and the base was very thin and crispy round the edges, tasted like a frozen pizza, not a lot of flavour.
My partner's arribiata was pretty dull.
Think the staff need to be a little more friendly and enthusiastic, no eye contact and they seemed rather disinterested.
Plenty more places to visit in Bournemouth.

An old style Italian restaurant - think stippled white walls, lots of wood pictures and memorabilia on the walls etc.
Couldn't help but notice that the price of some unimaginative starters were really overpriced, being more expensive than many higher end restaurants and gastro pubs. Overall the food was unoffensive enough for a mid-week dinner, but nothing special either and nothing to really to recommend. Penne Arrabbiata had no Chilli heat at all and overall was quite bland with over cooked pasta. A plus was the restaurant serving the excellent Poretti Italian beer.

Service was very friendly and personal. It was o.k but wouldn't rush back.
