Stayed last week . Could not fault anything . Alison and Victor made our stay so welcoming and enjoyable .The room was excellent and the view over the bay was stunning . Breakfast was amazing including us asking for poached eggs . You could never go hungry . A walk was needed after .Their knowledge of where to eat ,walk and visit was more than helpful. Nothing was to much trouble . We wish them all the best and will definitely return .

Room Tip: Rooms facing the bay.

We cannot speak too highly of our stay at Sinai House.
The room and bathroom were large, well furnished and comfortable.
The dining room was pleasant, the breakfast delicious.
The view was magnificent, over Lynton, the bay and the cliffs. The Welsh coast was surprisingly clear.
By no means least, it was a pleasure to meet Alison and Vic, who made us feel very welcome. We wish them the very best.

We recently had the opportunity to sample the amazing hospitality of the new owners of Sinai House Alison and Victor Dennis. Between the vast choice of hot breakfast dishes freshly cooked each morning by Victor (scrambled egg and smoked salmon was a firm favorite) as well as the selection of homemade cakes and conserves we certainly needed our daily walk. Alison was incredibly helpful, an excellent source of useful local information on where to walk, what to see and where to eat. A beautiful house, excellent hosts and awesome scenery - thank you - we will certainly be back!

Stayed for two nights. The owners Victor and Alison so welcoming helpful. We stayed in Room 4. The view was stunning and we'd had a brand new bed which was best nights sleep had except in own room. Looking forward to a return visit.

We stayed at Sinai House in Lynton for a five-night break in May 2017. New owners Victor and Alison, who took over Sinai House towards the end of 2016, are the perfect hosts. They both greeted us and introduced themselves on our arrival, and, after showing us to our room, which was lovely, we were invited to have tea and a slice of cake in the guest lounge. This was very welcome after our long journey and it meant that straight away it felt like home from home. Our room was very comfortable and had a great view. As well as the usual tea and coffee-making facilities, bottles of water and biscuits were provided in our room. Any ones that we used were replaced every day during our stay. Sinai House also has a bar for guests' use which is a great facility if one just wants the opportunity of a quiet drink at the end of the day. It has a Freeview TV which can be set to its digital radio setting if you would just like some relaxing music to accompany you. Breakfast was very nice indeed, with a range of tempting treats on offer - from croissants/pastries and fresh fruit to cereal, to a great selection of cooked offerings, including a vegetarian option. Between us, we had a couple of special dietary needs and these were accommodated with no problem at all. Victor and Alison made our stay very enjoyable. We would certainly stay at Sinai House again and we would recommend it to others.
