Another fantastic meal in the Anzac Bistro. Superb chef and very attentive service from the lovely owner Aga. Not a huge menu but didnt see anything other than delicious looking plates of food. Thanks for a great meal and evening. Sue and Mike x

My family and I randomly walked into this bistro on the first night of our holiday in Dartmouth and what a pleasant surprise! The meals themselves were fantastic and I would highly recommend the carbonara (the best cheesy sauce!) - we all wiped out plates clean. They also do a fabulous range of cocktails and other drinks which we greatly enjoyed. The service was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and attentive and overall they helped to make the evening a very pleasant experience. The only thing I would say is that it is a bit on the expensive side, but the food is all freshly cooked so I can definitely see why they charge what they do for mains. I would highly recommend this place! A must-eat of Dartmouth!

We'd stayed here a couple of times in the past and found it pretty unchanged under new management except for the addition of many nic-nacs in the restaurant, but this also meant it was all overdue for updating and recoration. Evening meal was rather average.Parking is always a problem in Dartmouth, but we expected this. We love Dartmouth but this visit to Anzac was disappointing.

Room tip: Back room larger with bigger bathroom.

We stayed in the beautiful B&B in the heart of Dartmouth over the NewYear Period. We arrived on the 30th December and was greeted by friendly and welcoming Aga. The B&B is not modern but a unique grade 2 listed building.

We stayed in the room on the 1st floor overlooking the street. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was tidy with all nice touches from cotton buds to shower gels etc.

The breakfast was all freshly cooked and ranged from fruit, cereal to full English. Simon was very welcoming in the morning and always took an interest of our plans and what we had done.

We didn’t eat in the Bistro, we ate else where with friends. There was a little noise outside from the church bells, but not enough to spoil our stay.

Sadly our stay ended a day sooner as the football game we wanted to watch got cancelled due to bad weather.

I would recommend this hotel, great location, Fantastic hosts, parking is a 2 min walk from the Bistro.

We stayed here for three nights in the family room. It was spacious, airy and very clean. The bistro is centrally located and Aga is so friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, despite the weather and would highly recommend. Hopefully we will be back soon. Thank you!
