Our third year running to Hillfield and once again it was everything we wanted, lovely stay this time in 1 Coachmans Cottage, Lovely, clean and cosy. The staff are like old friends now. Look forward to trying another different cottage next year - slowly doing them all :)

We've just returned from a week at Vantage Point and I'm happy to confirm Hillfield Village and Vantage Point in particular are as lovely as you would hope.

VP is large, bright and spacious, easily accomodating 4 adults and 4 kids. It's built and decorated to a high standard with a particularly well equipped kitchen (an area which often disappoints). The hot tub and sauna are a great addition and were used far more than I anticipated.

Everywhere was immaculately clean on arrival and the complimentary bottle of bubbly was a lovely touch.

The only negatives, and I really am nit picking here, were the poor broadband connection and slightly dated TV. I suspect the broadband speed is affected by the remote location of the property (which is a good thing I suppose) however with 4 children often online in an evening the tech struggled to keep up. And the TV, whilst its large and looks the part, isn't a smart TV. You could ask why I am concerned by the TV when I'm holiday, and my reply would be that I like to catch up with films whilst away, and at £3k for the week when everything else is so good it's slightly disappointing.

But I am nit picking - it's a marvellous place.

We were a family of ten and the house we rented for the week was absolutely perfect. Plenty of bathrooms, super decor and ideal for our group. The children used the pool and the playground when we returned from our trips out. Dartmouth is about 3 miles away and we used the park and ride. Plenty of things to do in the area. The lanes are very narrow leading to the various beaches. This is a luxury accommodation.

Another great holiday at Hillfield Village. This time our family of four stopped in New Barn. A beautiful modern apartment perfect for our needs. Our 13 year old loves the tennis court and pool which we made daily use of. Plenty to see and do in and around Dartmouth.

Stayed here for 5 nights with friends and a 1 year old baby. Fab location only a short drive from Dartmouth where there's lots to do and a 40minute drive to Dartmoor with fantastic walks and pubs! Keepers lodge is perfect with a brand new refit. The kitchen is very modern and catered for all our needs and we cooked most nights! Great dining space and social living room. Modern but kept country charm. Great hot tub and patio area. Good parking! Loved every minute and hope to attend again next year! Best self catering accommodation I've stayed in a long time! Thoroughly recommend!
