My wife and I have Just returned from a week at Whipsiderry Hotel. Lovely position for getting around and views across the bays from our room were lovely. Food served up by Rob was excellent and the waiting staff did a grand job at every meal.
Big thanks to Lisa and Andy for making our stay so memorable. You have a winner there. Hope to see you again sometime.

Booked last minute for a 2 night break with my son. Very welcoming hosts and great food. Very comfy stay and very friendly staff. Also good with my dog. We enjoyed the food and the setting perched on top of a hill away from the main road but with fabulous views across the beach. Lovely clean pool area too. Thank you Lisa.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms

We have never stayed in a hotel with so many guests that return regularly. We think that speaks for itself. The chef Rob produces excellent 6 course meals every night and the waiting staff are superb in their roles. A plate is never taken away too soon, yet neither are you ever 'forgotten'. The room although small, was clean. A beautiful garden and lovely location in a peaceful road, which is near the coast and bus stop. Thank you Lisa and Andy for your wonderful hospitality.

Stayed for a few nights recently. Chose it as its a dog friendly hotel, reasonably priced and with great views. It appears quite modest when you arrive but you go through the hotel and there are two comfortable lounges, a bar, a lovely large airy dining room, pretty gardens, terrace and a pool.
Breakfasts were wonderful. Hot breakfasts cooked to order so they were lovely and fresh. We ate loads! Evening meals were very good too. Well located hotel - easy walk to Whipsiderry beach (no real issue with the steps unless you have a mobility problem) and easy walk to Porth. Lovey walk also to Watergate bay along the coast path. Most guests we met were return guests. Beds very comfortable and bathroom well appointed - only negative issue was the shower pressure in our room. Would recommend and return.

The hosts of this hotel are amazing. They were helpful and friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. The rooms were lovely and clean. The sitting rooms were homey and encouraged guests to visit with each other. The view of the sea is beautiful. We chose to eat in the dining room the first evening, and we were not disappointed! The food was absolutely fabulous. It was more than a meal; it was an experience. The service was as top-notch as everything else. Our host gave us tips and recommendations on places to visit on our way to Land's End, and he was right on. One suggestion was St. Michael's Mount. It was a gorgeous castle and surrounding village. So glad we went there. Highly recommend this hotel!

Room Tip: Ask for room facing water,
