My 4 year old and 5 year old loved it here. It was the perfect place to stay on the week we had, which was a week of unsettled weather. The house is comfortable and bigger than a lot of holiday homes we've stayed in. Two good sized bedrooms upstairs, clean and efficient shower room, heating, fully equipped kitchen with full sized cooker, fridge, microwave etc, and comfy lounge. Nice little seating area outside.

The holiday park was great for the children and there was loads to do even on rainy days. Having the leisure pass included with the holiday rental was a real bonus and saved us a fortune - we used the indoor swimming pool (which stays open until 8.45pm) every day, as well as many a trip to the soft play area, and also a few trips to the outdoor pool and excellent playground. The children really loved it.

There's also loads of organised fun for children, most of which takes place in the bar. Not my cup of tea but did brave it once or twice, and the children loved Punch & Judy and the Party Hour. Kept clear of the bar/restaurant at night, preferring an evening swim instead, but either way there's lots to do.

The house is well positioned for days out - the beach at Holywell is fantastic (miles of sand and dunes to roll down, and a beachside pub too). We also visited Newquay and used the cinema (which was great), and it's close enough to Padstow and the beaches around there (Treyarnon, Constantine etc).

The owner was very helpful. This was a last-minute booking but he made sure he got all the paperwork sorted within 24 hours, and everything was done by email. Very helpful/efficient.

A few things are starting to look a little tired, but that is really a very minor point, and for the price this was a great place to stay for a family.

On arrival called person as instructed to collect key. Person barely spoke English, was very rude and we seemed to be a massive inconvenience. Good start 5 minutes into the holiday.

Atlantic Reach however all the staff are really friendly and accommodating. The facilities they offer are good for children below aged 8. My wife and I used the spa and restaurant along with my daughter used the pool and play area each day.

No 82, needs a lot of work and cleaning. The first day we cleaned the kitchen and bathroom as it was a poor standard. The stairs all creak and the landing floorboards are all loose. We looked at another a few doors down that had been modernised. That was very nice and would rent from Atlantic Reach directly.

Paying the owner in cash gives little comeback. I emailed him photos and my gripe list prior to this but had no reply.

Atlantic Reach is good but not number 82.

Jon was really helpful when we booked, Rob was great when I couldn't fathom out the TV and free view box and each time we bumped into Lidia she was checking how we were.! Really good to know people were there if needed. Great base to explore from and loads for the kids to do but quiet enough to relax and enjoy the peace. Even the dog enjoyed our break!!!

We have stayed there a few times & strongly recommend it to anyone!
Its very well placed for the network to visit different beaches every day!
Also we take our dog & there are some lovely walks close by!
The swimming pool & spa are great & relaxing after a long day out!
People easy & simple to deal with!
