I would really recommend this attraction if like
Pirates
Being scared
Have a good imagination
It was really good. We were with a teenager who doesnt mind scary stuff so it was good. Mind you I was so scared at one point my teeth tingled! Close up encounters with pirates and I was put in the stocks. Its not something that takes hours to go around but it was still worth it. I think the attraction could make use of the shop more to get visitors to buy more momentoes but we didnt mind!

“Well worth a visit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 November 2011

Me and my family went here when it was raining and out of season thinking it wouldn't be that good. After getting discount on entry as we were local we were pleasantly surprised how funny and entertaining it was. There was quite a few adults in our tour and we had a 2 year old but I think everyone enjoyed it as much as each other. The characters were great although hard to hear at some points. Definitely recommend to visit.

“Excellent!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 September 2011

Visited Buccaneer Bay whilst in Newquay and absolutely loved it. Very well planned out and the actors are fantastic. Got sworn in as a pirate and then took off on a wonderful tour, very informative. Me, my husband and my father braved the Sunken Village of the Damned and I am pleased we did as it was highly entertaining with just the right amount of scare factor.

Will definately visit again!

Great place for the family. You have to swear aligance to the pirates and then become one for your travels. Maybe a bit scary in places, but informative and well acted out.
