“gorgeous views, gorgeous villa, couldnt be better”
Reviewed 27 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

Have never felt the need to do a trip advisor review before, that is until stayed in Karen's Villa.
Normally when you stay in holiday accommodation it is generic and basic.

Well there is nothing basic here, it is literally a home from home, everything that you could possibly want is here...BBQ(in October!) its here, Binoculars its here, washing machine and dish washer its here, memory foam bed its here, colour changing shower its here, board games yep its here, quite literally everything is here.

The kitchen is in immaculate condition, ditto the bathroom, these are two areas that nearly always let down holiday accommodation. comfortable sofas, big screen TV and satellite channels and if you don't want to watch the TV then just look out of the window or stand on the large patio and just take in the stunning sea views.

oh and did i mention....dog friendly? my blind little Jack Russell wondered around the villa like she been there forever and seemed right at home.

real shame had to go home and the holiday had to end.

“a home from home, but with an added bonus a sea view!!”
Reviewed 29 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this property for a week, it really was a home from home, the property had everything you needed!
From the bedroom the view of the sea was amazing to wake up to. We often strolled down to the beach in the evenings and walked along the promenade, it was so idyllic. We also walked to Looe, not a bad walk as long as your not scared of steps and hills! Glad we had a car as well though, as nearest supermarket was in Liskeard which is 8 miles away, and also just gives you the opportunity to experience the area a lot more. The 64 steps to the property were not as bad as i was expecting, as long as you paced yourself, the view off the balcony each time was definitely worth it, we had some mild evenings where we would sit out there, and you could hear the owls! If your after relaxation this is the place. Karen has been amazing, the communication and information provided really helped, i was sent pictures of the area and detailed information of the property, which was great and very much appreciated, as it was my first time of staying in a self catering accommodation, in the property as well there are lots of guides of where to visit, walks within the area, we visited a couple of these that we found. The housekeeper is next door and she was lovely, very friendly and there to help if needed, and she made the place spotless before we arrived. Also the price of the property was really reasonable and you definitely got more then what other places would charge. All in all i would definitely stay again in the future without hesitation.

Aw thank you for the lovely review. We try hard to provide all that is needed for a home from home stay. The washer/dryer was what we missed when we used to self cater, so that was a must for us to provide one. There are several 'local handy' supermarkets, but for the 'big' shop, I provide directions to the Liskeard Morrisons. Really please your holiday was everything you'd hoped for. It is as you say a relaxing place to stay. We are well situated to get to the hustle and bustle places in Cornwall, but Sea View provides a sanctuary to come back to. Be very happy for you to revisit us.

Just returned after a weeks holiday at the Sea View Villa. The villa is definitely a home from home as it has everything you need. It is also furnished and decorated to a high standard which is wonderful especially considering they do allow furkids at not extra cost. It is the perfect place to escape to. There is a small restaurant that serves great food, good wine list and wonderful coffee. There is also a small shop beside the restaurant but that is pretty much about all it has. However if you want to and enjoy walking you can take the Coastal path into Looe which is about a 20 minute walk, a nice walk with the furkids and there are plenty of food and drinking places to try. You can also stop at Plaidy beach which is dog friendly on the way to Looe. We loved the place and are already looking at when we can return.

“Wonderful Villa and relaxing views”
Reviewed 15 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

The standard of the villa was excellent and the views from the balcony to the sea are well worth the climb up the steps. The facilities provided by Karen & Steve are of a high standard and the benefit of being able to take two boxer dogs free is a very welcome extra bonus. As a base to visit Cornwall Millendreath is well situated, but the walks from the Villa are excellent, it’s a 20 minute walk to Looe and if you’re up for a longer walk the costal path to Seaton has some wonderful view.
We had a wonderful week’s holiday with fantastic weather, Millendreath is a great place for family’s or for those who like costal walks, the beach is welcoming and safe and at low tide you can walk down to Seaton along the beach, (but keep an eye on the incoming tide). Karen & Steve are excellent, they keep you up to date in any changes you may need to know and are very approachable people, the housekeeper lives next door and is more than ready to help show you where everything is when you first arrive. All you have to do is have fun.

“Great for younger people”
Reviewed 25 August 2015 for a stay in July 2015

I went down for the good part of a week with the parents. Such a relaxing place to wind down and take a break. Amazing views and really good weather to get a good tan! Beach within walking distance and some good waves too!

A nice coastal path which only takes 20 minutes to walk into Looe from the apartment. Being young (23) this was ideal, as there are plenty of bars and restaurants and things to do in Looe. There are also some good places to see within suitable driving distances and the roads are really nice to drive!

Overall a fabulous break for me. The apartments are clean and well kept with all the essentials and more! Again the view is stunning. I shall definitely be visiting again
