My wife and I have visited Looe several times now and each visit has to involve afternoon tea in Miss Marples Tea Room. It is like going back to a bygone era with quirky mismatched crockery and music from the 30's and 40's playing gently in the background. The cream tea is fabulous and the iced coffee is the best I've ever had. Simply put, it is a fabulous way to while away the time whilst watching the world go by below.

When in Looe our tea shop of choice is of course Miss Marples teashop. Small but beautiful decorated, amazing scones/cream teas and fresh cakes or sandwiches and good hot tea. This has to be our 3rd or maybe 4th visit here as a family and its always enjoyed by us all.

Very quaint little tea room but worthy of a visit. Best cuppa I had all week. A decent menu to select from plus the addition of what looked like home made cakes, and lovely they looked too!!
Opted for a cream tea, scone was huge could of had more sultanas but that could be a matter of taste and preference. Staff very nice and attentive without being in your face, nice cosy atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy what's on offer.

This is a excellent tea room , a must place to visit. The drinks and food are really good.
The only criticism was that our crab sandwiches were made with loaf bread , not sliced fresh loaf, which was being used for other orders. But the Crab we had was lovely and fresh . Would highly recommend The service was excellent, very friendly staff
