Having recently transitioned to a plant based diet for health reasons we were looking for somewhere which offered a variety of vegetarian options. We were not disappointed. With about 70 meals there was plenty of variety. We went for a tempura park, deep fried Thai vegetable starter which had beautiful sculptured carrots amongst other vegetables with a delicious sweet plum sauce.
For main course she enjoyed a delicately flavoured Gaeng Daeng red vegetable curry, choosing the mild flavour.
I tried a Pan Brian's Wan, stir fried sweet and sour sauce with pineapple, mushroom, green beans, tomatoes, pepper and onions. It was full of crunchy, fresh vegetables.
We washed it down with a very mellow local cider.
A very pleasant meal in a nice atmosphere for £33 for two.
