“Good week”
Reviewed 9 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Enjoyed a lovely week at lower deck, the weather was kind to us and spent most of our time at the beach, the accommodation was comfortable and as the owners were away we could park on the drive - not a lot of spaces on the road so this was a real plus. We have been many times to Falmouth and absolutely love the choice of eating places and the friendliness of the locals, the accommodation was in an ideal place to walk everywhere. Would definitely recommend.

“Great location to explore Cornwall”
Reviewed 30 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

It was my sister's and my first time to Cornwall and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. From the booking to helping preparing our arrival and while we were there - Lynne and Nigel were always helpful! Also we were welcomed with tea and scones - what more could you ask for?
Both, the sea and the harbour/town, are only 5 minutes away. If you arrive by train, as we did, you only have a 3 minutes walk to their place.
We definitely recommend their apartment and hope to be able to return soon!

“Cosy and convenient!”
Reviewed 19 February 2017 for a stay in February 2017

What a peaceful and cosy place for our February visit to Falmouth. Our second stay at this property. Kind hosts made sure we had everything we needed. So thoughtful to give us tea, milk, scones, jam and cream to make our own cream tea! Such a convenient place near the train station and a short walk into town and to Gylly Beach. Highly recommended.

“Family getaway with a toddler”
Reviewed 14 February 2017 for a stay in February 2017

We stayed at the Lower Deck with our 15 month old daughter. Lynn and Nigel went out of their way to make the accommodation as toddler friendly as possible.
We had a lovely long weekend. The flat is ideally situated for walking to Pendennis Castle (20min) and the various beaches (15-20min). It's also a gentle downhill stroll of 5-10min to the shops and restaurants at the waterfront. We used a combination of baby carrier and pram and had no problems getting around.
Penny (15m) particularly enjoyed the fish and chips from Harbour Lights and the maritime museum.
Thanks for a brilliant weekend

“Perfect getaway”
Reviewed 30 December 2016 for a stay in November 2016

We stayed here in November 2016 for a birthday break. Nigel and Lynn were really welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. The flat is lovely, clean and cosy with everything you need. The bed was astonishingly comfortable too!
The location of the flat is perfect for walking all around Falmouth - it's just a few minutes walk into the town or to the beach. We'd definitely stay again :)
