Fabulous stay

Fabulously clean hotel, large rooms, all the facilities you need for a short stay, car parking available and near to the town, Check-in staff were very efficient, we spoke to Yamila who was very professional and very pleasant, will hopefully be back soon

Room tip: We had a 3rd floor, racecourse facing room

Great rooms

We stayed here for 2 nights and the rooms are great, everything you could need, full kitchen tv, safe, iron and board, air conditioning. reception staff are very friendly and there is a hot drinks machine in reception for you to use anytime. They do a breakfast to go which is a couple of Danishes with juice and fruit. Would definitely return next time we stay in Chester. Really great location .

I like Roomzzz, just not great on this occasion

Great location in a brilliant city.
Just a few unfortunate glitches with the accommodation on this occasion, but the staff were very helpful in sorting them out.
Roomzzz apartments are a great idea and this slightly disappointing experience won't stop me staying there again.

Amazing stay!!

Me and my husband stay in Chester a 2/3 times a year and visit our fave restaurant 1539 for special occasions. Roomzzz was perfect for this as it is over the road. We had a grande studio and it was more than spacious enough for us both for 3 nights. The hotel staff were lovely and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was lovely also with free hot drinks machine 24/7. The hotel is a great location we ate and drank out everyday didn’t need the car once. Will definitely be booking again

Why not make one of your occasions that little more extra special by booking one of our penthouses with balconies that over look the racecourse for next years racing. Fantastic hotel!

I was lucky enough two win a 2 night stay at Roomzzz Chester! I stayed with my husband and three year old son and we had a fantastic time. We were in a grande plus room which was very spacious with a lovely little pull out bed for my son. The unlimited coffee machine was very welcome as was the grab and go breakfast. The receptionist even remembered what flavor yogurt I wanted on the second morning. The bed was super comfy and the telly that swivelled round so you could watch in bed or on the sofa was a nice touch. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops and driving distance to many child friendly attractions. Thank you Roomzzz we will be back!
