Had a lovely stay in a huge room with 2 lovely easy chairs, side table with ice bucket and water which was replenished when room was serviced. The tea tray was situated in the huge wardrobe with pristine white cups and a cute teapot, everything was spotless. Lovely bathroom, and a small entrance which closed the bedroom off from the bathroom and blocked any noise from outside the door, of which there was none. The only down side was the noise from outside, the window would benefit from secondary triple glazing as it was very busy outside with clubbers, I didn't get to sleep on the second night until 4am and that was with secondary double glazing. We didn't try the breakfast as it was a bit steep for us and we are not big eaters. The staff were very friendly and attentive.A great place to stay for a central location.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 217, which overlooked the main throughfare and I found it noisy but lovely view of Chester. Could try asking for a quiet room!

We have just got back from another excellent stay at this Hotel. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Our room was just what we wanted with a beautiful bathroom and very good toiletries supplied every day.
The hotel is in the heart of the shopping centre so ideal for walking everywhere.
The food too is very good although the reataurant prices are a bit steep. I am sure more guests would eat there if the prices were a bit lower.
There is no onsite parking but plenty of long stay parking close-by.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back as there is a lot of noise from the night time crowds of young people going to local night clubs.

have just returned from a lovely weekend in the charming city of Chester. The hotel was excellent and the service second to none. The staff where excellent, both friendly and efficent. We arrived early so, therefore our room wasn t ready so we left our luggage there and on our return our room was ready and our luggage was waiting for us in our room. The room was very clean and comfortable the only thing was the bathroom was a little small but that wasnt a problem for us the towels were lovely and fluffy.Breakfast was excellent well cooked and lovely and hot. We would not hesitate to return to this lovely well located hotel again.

The service was very good. I lost a hearing aid and the lady on reception was hepful in keeping me informed as to whether or not it had been found.

The only fault was the lack of parking. I should have been informed that i would have to park in a multi storey car park. this resulted in a charge of £27.80

Stayed over after the races, didn't check in til 11. Had parked at the recommended car park, only to find when the shopping centres shut, you have to walk all the way round and up the stairs to get in and out.
Room large, bed sloped creating poor nights sleep.
shower barely dribbled. Pretty poor show.
