We found ‘Pesto’ yesterday, on the way back to our touring caravan after a day out. We’re back today for lunch!! Wish we’d found it sooner - we go home tomorrow. Recently reopened due to Covid they are very well organised and the staff are lovely. It is very clean and tables are well spaced. Looos are also very clean. The food is marvellous. Yesterday we had 3 plates: polenta, saffron rice balls, fettuccini carbonara & 2x pizzetta. 2 coffees 1 soft drink and all for £26.00. Soooo tasty, at no time did we feel rushed, it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Hence back again today for a delightful lunch. We had 6 plates today: polenta, garlic mushrooms, 2 x cannelloni, lamb Ragu, & fishcakes. Followed by lemon mousse and pear & apple crumble plus a large wine, a coke and a coffee and that was £44.50. We probably won’t eat more than a tiny snack this evening. Nothing was a disappointment. Everything was delectable. I wish we lived close enough to make this a regular haunt. You must visit. You will not regret it!
