Stayed at this bed and breakfast for two nights for work. The property was clean and fresh looking and the rooms lived up to the communal areas. I received a mediocre greeting on arrival so wasn't holding out much hope. The room itself was small but functional. A table, and two chairs were provided. It was clean with a comfortable bed with crisp white sheets The wardrobe had plenty of hangers and surprise surprise, an ironing board and iron were provided which seems to be a rarity these days. Although the room was small, it was a single and was large enough for my needs. The bathroom was spotless and tastefully furnished. I had breakfast on the second day. Again the dining room was clean and fresh and all the cutlery, crockery and other items were kept in a cupboard. My only complaint was that the door would rattle when other doors opened or closed. A nice B&B and I would definitely stay again.

A pleasant stay. Customer service was excellent when checking in. Room was one of the cleanest i have seen and there wasnt anything really to complain about. Plenty of parking, maybe next time I stay i will try the breakfast that is available.

I had the great misfortune to have to make a return visit the worst place I have ever had to spend time in, High Wycombe...
My stay was only for one night and it turned out to be really nice due to this lovely hotel. I booked very late and was dubious about it not being a brand hotel and the price was so reasonable?
The hotel was in fact very nice, great spacious room, perfect facilities, spotless clean and very comfortable bed...
Would recommend 100%...

On the good side, Rye Court has plenty of parking, the room was spacious, the bed was a king size, the breakfast was excellent and the staff courteous. On the bad side, the room needed some form of cooling in the hot weather, the shower was too small and the stair wells too narrow and steep.

Definitely recommend Rye Court Hotel. Plenty of parking at rear of hotel. Room was clean and bright and even had a small kitchenette with not only tea/coffee facilities but also microwave, toaster and fridge. Shower/toilet nice and clean. Breakfast is the morning was great as it was cooked fresh for you personally and not sitting around on a hot plate.
