“Spacious, centrally located apartment”
Reviewed 1 September 2014 for a stay in August 2014

We stayed in Bristol for a few days and needed somewhere central. Pembroke Court ended up working out cheaper than a hotel and allowed us greater flexibility and the option to cook our own food. The flat is very spacious and cosy, with a comfortable bed, good shower/bath, great lounge and dining area for hanging out, and talking, Wifi and a well appointed kitchen. The owner was really helpful - providing useful instructions and directions and being on hand via mobile when we had one (very minor) problem.

“Great flat in central location”
Reviewed 4 August 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Nice flat, with tasteful decor and attention to detail. Only reason for four rather than five stars is that there were a few minor issues in the flat (e.g. lead for the DVD player was missing, the location of the flat wasn't correctly advertised on the website) but Robert who owns the flat did his best to rectify such issues

Management Response
22 Aug 2014
The lead for the DVD was a trivial point! The guests previous to this one had obviously taken it!! What the guest failed to mention is that she reported it to me at 8.30pm in the evening and by 8.40pm all the stops had been pulled out to provide her with a replacement which was personally delivered to her!!

As for the map location, this is something controlled by Holiday Lettings who have been known to get these things wrong for owners on many occasions! I have had it rectified - it was only a fraction out anyway!!

“Great Apartment”
Reviewed 21 April 2014 for a stay in April 2014

Stayed here over the Easter break with my wife. The apartment has everything you need, if your missing it, then you probably didn't need it in the first place! The apartment is large, comfortable and is probably in the best location(across from cabot circus, and about 10 mins to the harbour side) Robert the owner is brilliant and will help you every step of the way, whether it be about the apartment or the area
Thank you Robert, we will return to pembroke court when next in Bristol. Ps try the Turtle bay restaurant near the harbour, booking advised!

“Spacious flat, lovely cosy feeling to it, all quality fittings, great location.”
Reviewed 17 April 2014 for a stay in April 2014

Lovely flat with all that you need to make you at home. Good quality furnishings and fittings at a very reasonable price for its location. Less than 5 min from Cabot Circus and the City Center but in a quiet street. Sparkling clean and well looked after, the welcome packet just tops it up as a very enjoyable place to stay. Definitely recommend it anytime.

“A perfect pad!”
Reviewed 14 February 2014 for a stay in February 2014

This is a lovely apartment in all respects. The living room is big and airy and the balcony doors let in lots of light. The kitchen area has everything you need for home cooking and there is plenty of work surface to enable you to prepare and serve your meals. The large TV is easy to watch from the comfy sofa. There are 4 lamps which enable you to adjust the lighting to suit your mood which is much appreciated. The bathroom is huge and there is a shower over the bath-this was most efficient. The bedroom is large and calming with Juliet balcony windows. Furniture and lighting add to the homely feel and the bed is comfortable too. The apartment is secure and well-located. Most of Bristol's attractions are within walking distance which means you don't have to use a car while you are there.
