“nice hotel,great location”
Reviewed 16 April 2012

stopped off in bristol for what was supposed to be just 1 night but ended up staying for 2 nights, stumbled across this hotel and must say it was a very pleasant surprise, the staff are absolutly lovely and could'nt be more helpful,
the room on the 11th floor was spotless and very comfortable,
and finally the location was brilliant as we were only a 5 min walk away from the shopping centre
the only little thing downside was the £8 per day parking fee, but i suppose you pay a premium being in the middle of the city

Room Tip: if i was staying here again i would ask for a room on the 17th floor

Thank you very much for your feedback.

I 'm glad everything was ok with your room and the team looked after you.

Which ever way you book your rooms, please then phone the site on 0117 9100600 and we will make sure your request for a 17th floor is then actioned.

Thank you again.

Dawn and the team.

My girlfriend and I decided to spend the night in a hotel, rather then sleep at home for the night. As two people who live in Bristol we were only looking for something cheap, but boy were we in for a surprise. The room was large, clean, had an amazing view, the bathroom looked new and the bed was softer than silk. The hotel is also near Cabot Circus, restaurants, the harbour plus anything you could want or need. The only downside was the windows cant open, however the air con, heating and thick duvet is all you'll need. If anybody needs a place to stay for the night, whether you live in Bristol or not, look no further.

Room Tip: Rooms facing away from the road like ours were silent. Not sure about ones facing the road, but the...

In the past I have spent a lot of times staying in Premier Inns and began to feel that some of them were feeling a bit tired - its not the case with Bristol Haymarket though. When you arrive in Reception the staff are friendly and the checkin process was very easy using the automatic checkin terminal.

If I remember rightly this hotel used to be an office block but you certainly couldnt tell it from the set up now. My room was on the 9th floor and was very confortable and clean.

The bathroom was unbelievable and the bath was one of the most comfortable I have ever used - to the extent that I started searching the web to see if I could get one for home.

There is a restricted amount of parking at the hotel - its important that you get there early to get a space otherwise you have to park in one of the city centre NCP car parks which are expensive even with the discount you get from the hotel.

Room Tip: Make sure you get there early to park your car - there is still a daily charge but it is less than h...

We stayed in Bristol for one night only and I must say that the Premier Inn was fab. Clean room and soft pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We all would definitely stay there again!

Room Tip: I guess the higher up the better.
