The option to build your own burger is what attracted us. The food was incredible. I choose a Kangaroo Burger with Swiss cheese, Bacon and Jalapenos. My wife had a Peri Peri Chicken with Guacamole, Tortillas and Roasted Red Pepper. Burgers were juicy, fries were crispy and Onion Rings were perfect. Service was friendly and quick. Simply fantastic. We will definitely be visiting again when we are back in Bristol. It is a shame there isn't one near Plymouth!

The food is amazing and the options of making your own burger is great.
Unfortunately they have no idea of what great customer service is and how to make a customer happy!

It’s a shame as everything else is really good.

Have been here loads as I live very close always good food and reasonably priced, number of options is amazing.

Sometimes can take an age for the food but probably due to the vast amount of optoins, and one time they lost the order somehow but

Went here with a friend for burgers before a film. We had been really looking forward to eating here based on the previous good reviews on this site. Unfortunately however, the burgers we were served were pretty terrible. The buns were dry with a stale texture and both our burgers were dry and over-cooked - a long way from the juicy slabs of perfection served at some of Bristol's other burger bars. Service on the other hand was good - the woman who served us was friendly and quick to offer us a discount when she learned we hadn't really enjoyed the meal. Overall though not a great experience.

Had an evening meal here last Wednesday and I can honestly say it was a most enjoyable experience. We were given a warm welcome by a lovely young lady who showed us to our table and explained the ordering system. Basically, they give you an order pad and you fill it in with what you would like, from starters, type of bun, what kind of burger to toppings, sauces and sides. A good selection for carnivores and herbivores alike. We started with some nachos and a lamb skewer. The nachos were plentifull and tasty and the lamb was divine and melt in your mouth. On to the mains and we ordered an ostrich burger, a kangaroo burger and a more traditional chicken burger. They were cooked to perfection, and sooo juicy, and we all enjoyed our choices. They have got to be one of the best burgers I've ever had. We didn't stay for dessert so I can't pass judgement on them, but they did look nice. The staff were lovely and friendly, very accommodating as we had a 3 year old with us. All in all an excellent place to dine. Would recommend booking at busy periods as it's quite a small establishment. I will definately be making a return visit.
