We stopped by here for dinner last week on our stay at Lake of Menteith, very pleased we chose the Lion and Unicorn, the food was delicious, absolute perfection and I feel we almost robbed them for those prices. The most delicious, fresh cooked meal with such a great use of flavours that we've had in a long time.

What can I say, we stayed here for two evenings while touring around the area sight seeing. We went with another couple and we all had such a wonderful experience! The rooms in the inn are spotless clean, and very quaint. Very happy with our stay!

The best part of the whole experience is the hospitality of Fiona and her staff! All of them were so welcoming and warm and took exceptional care of our party! We were treated as warmly by the locals that frequent the pub, and made us feel as though we were honored guest in their town and country!

We will most definitely return and visit our new friends at the Lion & Unicorn! Thank you again Fiona for such a wonderful time! By the way... The food is amazing here! Ate at the inn both nights we were there.

Great food and accommodation ( only 3 rooms which are reasonably priced on a bed & breakfast basis ) Staff very friendly and helpful You will not be disappointed if you eat or stay Located just off the main road from Stirling along from Blair Drummond Safari Park ( 5 miles ) and Lake of Mentieth ( 5 miles ) good base if wanting to do some serious fly fishing Loch Lomond about 17 miles away and just at the start of the Trossachs

Stayed: September 2015
