We stayed here a couple of years ago due to the location. It is close to Vancouver and all amenities. We requested a two bed room and a cot as we have teens. We were upgraded to a king suite with hidebed and a cot. The room was large and spacious for us. However the cot was as hard as rock to sleep on. My don ended up sleeping on the cushions frothe hidebed. We mentioned this upon checkout and Jodi was quick to reverse the charges for the cot. The breakfast was the usual Hampton fare with make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, breads and cereals and fruit. Will definitely stay again. Never had a bad Hilton.

We were supposed to stay at the Inn for 4 days, and we had booked it two months prior to our arrival. However, on check-in we were given a room on the first floor open to the parking lot and on the main roadway. they could not accommodate a change to a second or third floor. The night was difficult to sleep as the traffic noise outside kept us awake. The room itself was first class, with a fridge and microwave, etc. The rest of the hotel was in great shape, clean and comfortable. We even did our laundry in the guest laundry. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a Hampton Inn, perfectly cooked bacon and eggs. However, due to location we decided to move elsewhere for the remaining 3 nights in Surrey.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the highway.

Thanks for your complementary remarks about our breakfast and cleanliness. Our apologies that we were not able to comply with your request to be moved to higher floors. I have gone ahead and made a notation on your Hilton HHonors record, that your preference is to be on higher floors . On a side note, the rooms on the main floor have 10 foot ceilings and make them more spacious. We hope you will give us an opportunity to serve you in the near future and this time we will provide you a room at a higher floor.

First floor end room had almost zero internet coverage - was told to try an AT&T link instead of the HHonors. Ended up canceling second night because couldn't keep work email up any length of time. Pool and food area looked clean and good for kids.

We understand that and have recently upgraded our Circuit to a fibre optic line, which can provide amongst the fastest connections however in your case this did not happen. We also have a wired connection as a back up to wireless connection and this will give you a more consistent speed. I would like to welcome you back for you to try our Wired Fibre optic connnection. We have a 100% satisfaction Guarantee and we will stand behind it. If things don't work to your satisfaction in any area including the internet otherwise the night is on us. This is a very comfortable place to stay, just outside Vancouver. People are nice and the pool is amazing -- never saw a full size twisty water slide in an inside hotel pool before! Fun for the teen and the workout room attached very convenient.

Room Tip: We were in the front side and heard (and felt) the train go by in the middle of the night -- not sure whether the other side would be quieter -- worth asking.

WOW. everything you could ask for when spending a week+ away from home. This hotel offers CLEAN, spacious rooms, a great indoor pool with a waterslide and delicious hot breakfasts each morning. Everything from bagels and baked goods to homemade waffles, bacon and eggs or some oatmeal with granola. A great variety. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Mickey, Carla and Carrie at the front desk were super helpful when we were planning our day trips. They gave us great ideas and info on all the close by attractions and offered directions with maps every morning. Nothing short of courteous, gracious, smiling friendly staff. Rosalyn was amazing every morning with her cheerful morning chatter and making sure all the kids got what they needed during breakfast. The beds! OMG, the best sleep ever. Amazingly comfortable. The hotel is also very safe, room key access only to use elevator and to enter hotel after midnight. We stayed in a deluxe king suite that was very spacious with a separate area with sink for makeup etc, while toilet and bathtub in bathroom with closed door.
If you plan to travel to Vancouver a lot, its not a bad drive at all, took us an average of 30 mins and only 15mins away from border crossing into Washington. Because of this stay, i will ONLY be booking at Hampton Inn for future vacations.

Room Tip: upgrade to a king deluxe or King study, you'll appreciate the extra room. Also, book online as far in advance as possible, huge savings. we saved $45 bucks a night by booking online and paying in advance.
